Line Cook
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is familiar with French cuisine, has attention to detail, and a passion for quality food prepared with care and consistency. This role is essential to maintaining our standards of execution, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Set up and break down assigned stations efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
Assist with prep work, inventory, and other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques; French cuisine experience is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Team-oriented attitude and reliability.
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
