Roberts Properties is a full-service construction, development, and residential management firm based in Atlanta that is currently seeking a controller with experience in the private-sector construction or related industry. This position offers a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a generous bonus package. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of controller experience in private-sector construction or industry-related as well as hold a bachelor's degree in accounting. Well-qualified candidates will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Sagis, and Yardi accounting software, be self-motivated, have a keen sense of attention to detail and be capable of working with minimum supervision. A CPA is not required for this position but is considered an added benefit.

The responsibilities of this position include:

- Working directly with the CFO on the monthly construction company draw to subcontractors.

- Over seeing employee payroll

- Human resource responsibilities included employee vacation accrual and paid time off
