Average Sales Success = $80,000 / Year Gross Pay

Top Sales Success = $150,000+ / Year Gross Pay

Responsibilities
  • Achieve high sales goals through personal relationships, Colony bank referrals, Colony mortgage referrals, internet leads, live call transfers, large existing book to cross sell and our inhouse telemarketer!
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Explain complex insurance policies and coverage options in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Process applications, manage policy renewals, and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the agency's success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide the best service.
Requirements
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to quote and close business. 80+ per day expected.
