Compensation:$48,000 - $81,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
- Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
- Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
- Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus
- Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction
