Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $32,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $25,000

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $37,000 and our top earners made $30,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Guided Consultations: Walk clients through the process of selecting appropriate insurance policies, ensuring they are fully informed about their options.
  • Policy Development: Customize and offer suitable insurance plans that cater to the specific needs and situations of each client.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing the benefits of our insurance products.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty License. We will cover licensing cost.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Motivated: Self-driven and enthusiastic about sales and meeting targets.
  • Time Management: Effective organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
