The Maids is looking for a team member who is highly motivated, hardworking and trustworthy who can learn to be a leader. This position has great upward mobility for the individual with the ability to learn The Maids cleaning method and teach this method to new applicants. This position can go from Team leader to Field Manager to Office Manager to an eager and open minded individual.

A company car will be provided to and from cleans; daily snacks as well as breakfast bars and coffee provided. The Maids is a fast growing franchise looking to continue to grow in the new year.

I am looking for full time and part time employees.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to The Maids standards and attend to customer concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Skills

• Experience preferred, however The Maids will pay you to be trained.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree
