What You'll Do:

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing orders, receiving purchase orders, and handling quote requests via fax, email, portal, or phone.
Checking inventory to confirm product availability.
Preparing estimates and quotes with accurate pricing.
Managing customer inquiries and resolving order-related concerns.
Creating work orders and job tickets in E2 software.
Tracking customer orders and providing updates on job status.
Ensuring timely order fulfillment and notifying the appropriate departments of ship dates and other requirements.
Reviewing all orders for accuracy and completion.
Verifying and maintaining up-to-date customer information.
Organizing and filing order records efficiently.
