Skylark Senior Care runs North Atlanta's leading Adult Day Center program — and we're building our private home care agency alongside it. We need someone who can be the trusted first call for families finding us online, and who's also out in the community building the kind of referral relationships that grow on their own. This is a ground-floor growth role with real income potential and work that families genuinely remember you for.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and consultatively to inbound family inquiries from our website, Google, and newsletter — often the first voice a scared, overwhelmed family hears
• Get out into the community most days of the week — hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, churches, attorney offices, and senior-serving organizations across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties — to build referral relationships that keep paying off. It’s 25-30 in-person touch points per week
• Convert inquiries and consultations into enrollments for both home care and adult day services
• Track your own activity and pipeline, and keep operations looped in so every family you bring gets real follow-through

What We're Looking For:

• Healthcare or community-based sales experience is preferred — home care, home health, hospice, disability services, or similar.
• We're equally open to a strong discovery-selling, consultative salesperson who has real lived experience with caregiving and speaks comfortably about dementia, aging, and elder health — for example, a former family or professional caregiver with genuine sales drive and ambition.
• Comfortable in person, in the field, most of the week — this isn't a desk job waiting on the phone to ring
• Self-organized, Self-starter, mission-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Familiarity with the North Atlanta suburbs (Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross) is a plus

Not a fit:

• Experience exclusively in residential senior living, assisted living, memory care, or nursing facility sales. Different model, different families — Skylark serves people who are specifically choosing not to move.

Compensation

• Base salary plus uncapped commission on your active client census and consistently fast, effective response — built to reward a real, lasting book over short-term enrollment volume. Referral-built relationships earn at a meaningfully higher rate than inbound leads
• Mileage reimbursement, PTO, and retirement contribution
