THE POSITION

The Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of successful product initiatives. This includes understanding and prioritizing product and customer needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, product owners, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market. The Product Manager monitors product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Inform, shape, and drive execution of specific Casino product initiatives

  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors

  • Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to ideation and prioritization for new initiatives and products

  • Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders

  • Collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements

  • Track and report objectively on product performance, including an understanding of related incidents

  • Be the "Canadian Champion" – always ensuring our Canadian customer preferences are considered and their requirements met

 

THE STATS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required

  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products

  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables

  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority

  • Strong quantitative skills

  • Excellent critical thinking skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $129,250 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
