As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent, Chad Bradley Insurance Agency, INC, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Property and Casualty/Life and Health licenses preferred but not required. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Pivot to turn a service request into a need's bases sales opportunity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
