Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight demands. We strive for weekly home time, though some two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We offer all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, which minimizes dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week, depending on the hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits such as vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, drivers can also qualify for dedicated accounts.
