Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting project management activities, ensuring the successful execution of tasks, and maintaining effective communication among team members. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking project budgets.
• Identify and resolve project issues or risks.
• Support the project manager in administrative tasks and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay Range: $38 - $40

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
