Our Marietta location has an opening for a Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker) position. This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments.

Education & Experience

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 65 lbs.
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking for whole/majority of shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
