About the role: As a Finance Shared Services Associate Senior, you'll perform various administrative tasks to support multiple lines of business across the organization.

What you will be doing?

In this role you will understand and adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish requirements of job. Duties and tasks vary between routine and non routine.

• Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources

• Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data

• Enters/uploads information into systems

• Prepares/processes forms for clients

• Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files

• Analyzes posted data

• Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task

• Research inquiries received by teams shared inbox

What you will need:

• Understanding and knowing FIS tools a plus

• Intermediate knowledge or above in Excel software

• Detail oriented

• Ability to work independently but also have a team mindset

• Hybrid work location in the Atlanta, GA office
