education: High School Responsibilities
- Create new employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring all necessary initial documentation is included according to established procedures and legal requirements.
- Organize printed documents logically and prepare them for filing within employee records.
- Accurately scan physical documents into the digital employee record system, ensuring legibility and proper indexing for efficient retrieval.
- Accurately merge multiple related documents into single, consolidated files within the employee record for better organization and accessibility.
- Assist HR team members with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and preparing correspondence.
- Move files from one employee record to another
- Merge multiple files into one
- Assist with other administrative projects and tasks as assigned by the HR department.
- Assist in the transition to new digital filing systems or updates to existing ones.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile and organize various employee-related data
- Ensure the secure storage and handling of employee data within Excel.
- Maintaining Records (2 years of experience is required)
- Handling Confidential Information
- MS Excel (4 years of experience is required)
- Employee Records (1 year of experience is required)
- Electronic File Organization (2 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 2 years
