Key Responsibilities of the RN - Operating Room

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room setting
• Ensure aseptic techniques are maintained during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team members to provide excellent patient outcomes
• Monitor patients' conditions throughout procedures
• Prepare and maintain operating room for surgeries

Requirements of the RN - Operating Room

• RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact license
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with requisite clinical hours
• Experience with direct patient care preferred
• Ability to effectively use technology in clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Proficient in time management and critical thinking
