We’re looking for a driven, high-urgency operator who thrives in fast-paced logistics and takes full ownership of enterprise-level freight. This is not a “load covering” role — it’s a strategic position responsible for carrier partnerships, margin performance, and flawless execution on high-visibility shipments.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end management of enterprise freight from tender to delivery

• Strategic carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and capacity planning

• Proactive coverage strategy 2–5 days ahead to drive early wins

• Consolidation and equipment optimization to improve margin

• Direct communication with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse facilities

• Risk mitigation and service recovery for high-visibility shipments

• Clean, disciplined TMS management and shipment tracking

What Makes You a Match

• 3+ years in freight brokerage or transportation

• Strong negotiation skills and carrier relationship development

• Confident, professional communicator

• High sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy

• Detail-oriented and process disciplined

• Calm under pressure and accountable for outcomes

• Strong understanding of equipment types and shipment dimensions

(Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience preferred.)
