Food Quality Conformance Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field will be preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in manufacturing/ quality experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations including local, state and federal guidelines
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation knowledge in food processing
- Advanced computer skills
- Key interface between R&D related activities and the value stream, including communication of value stream initiatives to site R&D community
- Accountability for managing an effective corrective/preventive plan, including verification of effective implementation
- Quality lead in value stream routine management meetings and quality reviews
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver best in class GMP and Sanitation practices
- Continual process confirmation of the GMP and Sanitation programs
- Support Kleanz use and management
- Support Continuous Improvement of the Quality, GMP and Sanitation programs
- Coverage for shift rotational QCCs and Sample Processors
- Support cross-functional team with internal, technical, LRQA, Pest and other audits
- Support site 5S program
- Member of the AM and FMOS Pillars
