About the work
- Operate and tend multiple machines in a high-volume production environment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Inspect output, document defects, and escalate issues to supervisors
- Consistently meet productivity and quality expectations
Schedule and expectations
- Flexible availability, including 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS
What we look for
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Stable and reliable employment history
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check

- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Machine setups for production runs
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
