Client Success Manager

We're looking for a superstar who cares about results. The Client Success Manager owns the customer journey from after we receive a signed contract to the completed project. You're their trusted guide, their single point of contact, and the person who makes everything happen seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll juggle timelines, coordinate installations, tackle challenges head-on, and ensure every customer walks away thrilled with their experience. Responsibilities: Project Management • Manage multiple customer projects from contract signing through completion • Coordinate installation scheduling with teams and customers • Track project milestones and maintain accurate documentation Client Relations • Serve as the single point of contact for customers after the sale • Provide proactive updates throughout the installation process • Conduct post-completion follow-up calls and secure customer reviews Operations & Support • Order doors and materials for installations • Provide field support to installation teams when needed • Back up Customer Service Representatives during busy periods Problem Resolution • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly • Act as an escalation point for complex situations • Troubleshoot installation challenges in real-time Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts professionally • Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without constant supervision • Reliable, punctual, and accountable Preferred: • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations • Background in home improvement, construction, or service industries • Track record of turning unhappy customers into satisfied ones • Experience with order management or vendor coordination • Familiarity with CRM or project management software Essential Traits: • Thrives under pressure and doesn't rattle easily • Problem-solver who finds solutions rather than excuses • Team player who supports others while owning their responsibilities • Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture • Customer-obsessed mindset About Company: Aaron Overhead Doors is an employee-first company with a bold mission: to be the best place to work in and around Atlanta.
