Position Summary:

Develops, organizes and implements high quality YMCA swim team program.

Essential Functions:

1. Directs and supervises swim team program activities to meet YMCA objectives.
2. Assists with Schedules and directs personnel and volunteers as needed.
3. Conducts and ensures proper maintenance of equipment.
4. Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
2. Two or more years of coaching experience in the YMCA is strongly preferred.
3. Certification: CPR.

Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position and to supervise program activities.
