The Opportunity
As part of the Adoption Realization Office team you are expected to drive adoption of top-tier practices, collaborating closely with sales leadership. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You are expected to craft presentations, define customer strategies, and influence decision makers, focusing on strategic engagement and scaling ARO practices.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
