We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at Mills Auto Group in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will lead our Volkswagen service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and high-quality workmanship. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage team dynamics, maintain service standards, and drive growth within the service department.

• Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and develop service team members, providing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.
• Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably within a Volkswagen or automotive dealership environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures, standards, and safety regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or management training is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
