SVP, Controller & Head of FP&A

Our client is seeking a finance leader to oversee accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, audit, tax, and strategic business planning. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, lead forecasting and budgeting processes, and enhance financial systems and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong background in controllership, FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnering
• Experience leading process improvements, systems implementations, and finance transformation initiatives
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced environment
