We are currently seeking a Full-Stack Frontend Platform Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas

How You ‘ll Help Us:
As a Platform Architect - JavaScript, you'll lead the technical architecture and strategy for modern web applications using cutting-edge JavaScript frameworks and technologies. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing microfront-end architectures and REST API systems that scale across multiple teams and applications. Our platform architects are experts in JavaScript ecosystems, architectural patterns, and modern development practices. You'll be helping shape high-impact software solutions for our clients by establishing technical standards and leading architectural decisions.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Design and implement microfront-end architecture strategies and patterns
• Lead REST API architecture design and implementation
• Expertly write code, create unit tests, assist with testing, assist with debugging, and assist with documentation
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, and coordinate with your team
• Mentor senior developers and provide technical guidance
• Lead establishment of team best practices and architectural standards
• Lead technical strategy and architectural decision-making
• Technical point of contact for the engineering team
• Client communication and technical presentations
• Managing a team of 4-5 developers
• Developing talent on your team and fostering technical growth

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working in web technologies
• 5+ years of experience working with Next.js, Node.js, and Angular frameworks
• 5+ years delivering quality full-stack code without oversight
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design and implementation
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least 4 developers

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript ecosystem and modern development tooling
• Comfortable with containerization and orchestration technologies
• Detailed knowledge of git and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working in scrum teams
• Strong verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability planning
• Strong experience with microfront-end architecture patterns
• Extensive experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Ability to set up and manage infrastructure in cloud environments

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $84,996.00-$177,076.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
