What you’ll do:
- Utilize Field Service Software.
- Data Entry.
- Dispatch Technicians.
- Handle multiple projects.
- Generate and distribute project-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and progress reports.
- Answer calls and emails from customers and clients.
What you will bring:
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, and problem solver.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in construction or trades office settings.
- Sales and Marketing Support.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This person will ensure high levels of organization, and prioritizing customer service. Must be organized with attention to detail, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
