Heavy Duty Diesel Service Advisor – Be the Voice Customers Trust at a Fast-Growing Family-Owned Shop
Myles Truck Repair | Full-Time | Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM, Every Other Saturday:
8 AM – 12 PM
Up to $52,000 annually (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the main point of contact for customers—updating them on repairs, answering questions, and keeping them in the loop
Take in new customers, schedule repair appointments, and coordinate workflow with technicians
Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines with the help of our skilled diesel team
Track customer history, document repairs, and keep organized records
Deliver outstanding service with a positive attitude and clear communication
Collaborate daily with technicians and shop staff to ensure smooth operations
Stay informed on diesel industry trends and best practices
Contribute to a fast-paced, growth-driven environment where quality comes first

What We’re Looking For
Experience in the diesel repair industry (shop or front desk)
Hands-on diesel knowledge is a big plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
Reliable, eager to learn, and team-oriented

Job Requirements – Heavy Duty Diesel Service Advisor

• Experience in the diesel repair industry (either shop floor or service desk)
• Hands-on diesel knowledge (preferred, but not required)
• Strong customer service skills with clear and professional communication
• Organized and detail-oriented , able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate daily with technicians and staff
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about growing with a company and contributing long-term
