Role Description:

Gallo Legal Services is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Billing Specialist to join our on-site Billing team. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in quality work, you could be a fit for the role. We are a high-volume legal services firm and this role will be responsible for invoicing multiple parties for each case we work on and ensuring our support teams are accurately compensated and paid. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience that aligns with Gallo Legal Services’ mission and motto: “For the Record, Reputation Matters.”

Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of daily invoices to clients
• Communicate with clients and answer clients' questions, whether send copies of invoices, take payments, providing quotes
• Ensure employees and contractors are paid accurately

Qualifications :

• Excellent work ethic
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Task-oriented
• Act professionally at all times when dealing with clients and court reporters
• Strong attention to detail to detect billing errors
• Ability to follow procedures accurately
• Ability to work independently
