Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult oncology/Med Surg inpatients per physician orders
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses and adverse effects
- Conduct routine and focused patient assessments; monitor vital signs and laboratory values
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and modify care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record; ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and discharge instructions

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg/Oncology inpatient care
- Certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS required
- Chemo certification is NOT required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity inpatient setting
- Relocation required; no local candidates within 50 miles of Cumming, GA
- Prior experience in oncology/acute inpatient units strongly preferred
