Job Description – DISPATCHER

J.R. Bolton Plumbing , HVAC and Fireplaces is looking to hire for disptach . As a Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our services run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary role will involve coordinating and scheduling field technicians in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing the allocation of our resources to meet customer needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and input service requests from customers
• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians accordingly
• Maintain communication with field staff and ensure they have the necessary information to complete jobs
• Monitor job progress and manage ongoing adjustments as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and support during every interaction

This position requires a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to succeed in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Service Titian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
