Competitive Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually

• $2,000 for experienced car wash managers
• $1,000 for retail managers without car wash experience
  (Bonuses paid after 90 days with the first full bi-weekly paycheck.)

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking candidates who bring a passion for leadership, a customer-first mindset, and a strong work ethic.

• Prior experience in car wash management or retail (preferred but not required)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with modern retail technology and point-of-sale systems
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics
• 45+ hours weekly availability, including weekends
• Physical ability to perform job tasks (with accommodations as needed)
• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education a plus)
