Paralegal-Executive Assistant POST NUMBER: 40615

VACO has partnered with a hospitality company in their search for a skilled Paralegal Executive Assistant (Legal EA) for a Contract-to-Hire position. This individual will support the company President and other Executives while also managing credentialing, licensing and compliance matters. This position requires 100% in-office work in Alpharetta; therefore, only individuals who live in metropolitan Atlanta, GA will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide EA support to the company President and Executive team members.
• Manage calendaring, event planning, and travel arrangements.
• Responsible for multi-state corporate entity, licensing and compliance processes.
• Review license applications, regulatory filings and renewals.
• Update records related to various requirements.
• Work closely with leadership and other departments prioritize projects.
• Manage trackers to maintain timelines and due dates.

Requirements

•  Must have 2 or 4-year degree, paralegal certification, or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of EA work is required.
• Must possess experience in licensing or regulatory environment.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Need to be comfortable using technology with the ability to pick up new software quickly.
• Possessing the ability to offer process improvements is desired.
