As a **Security Officer - Front Desk Access Control** in **Alpharetta, GA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will monitor access points, manage badge entry, and respond to alarm panels, all while utilizing computer or tablet systems. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by executing security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and incidents occurring at the front desk area.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
+ Communicate professionally with building staff, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and/or concerns.
+ Support Allied Universal management by reporting security-related observations and/or incidents promptly.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
