Tax Manager
- Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus.

education: Bachelors Responsibilities What You Will Do
- Liaison: Coordinate directly with external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance.
- Provisions & Reporting: Prepare income tax provisions (US/Canada) and manage tax account rollforwards and documentation.
- Compliance: Manage complex tax activities including R&D credits, E&P calculations, and tax authority notices.
- Strategy: Analyze financial data to provide insights and summaries for leadership.
- Experience: 6+ years in tax, with at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 background preferred).
- Technical Skill: strong command of tax accounting (ASC 740/IAS 12) and proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables/formulas).
- Soft Skills: A collaborative, flexible team player who can manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Desired: Active CPA, Oracle ERP experience, and ability to work across time zones.
