Program Management Office Student Assistant
Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking a Part Time Student Assistant for the Project Management Office, assisting the Director's Office with tasking such as email communications, meeting coordination and scheduling, and presentation materials.
This position will require someone with exceptional organizational, coordination, communication, and customer service skills. Superior skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
This position will require in person attendance at Atlanta Technology Center (1575 Northside Drive, Atlanta GA 30318) 2-3x/week. Desire to work Summer Term a plus.
Required Minimum Qualifications

- Student Assistant/Research Assistant
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university during working semesters
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Ability to work in person 2-3x/week, ideally spaced throughout the week
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external team members and customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- Graphic Design Experience (experienced user of either Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express or similar software)
- Public Speaking/Presentation Experience
- Knowledge of Technical Writing Best Practices

10-20 hours per week
