Junior Associate Attorney
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to make a real impact across multiple practice areas, develop courtroom and client-handling skills, and grow under the mentorship of experienced litigators.
You will work supporting cases in civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and government affairs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solves problems quickly, and wants broad exposure across multiple areas of law.
Compensation: $85,000 base salary + performance bonuses
Billable Hours: 1,600 per year
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy summaries

- Maintain strong, professional communication with clients

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar license (required)
- 0–3 years of experience in litigation, family law, civil practice, or related areas
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
- Client-centered, solutions-driven mindset
