Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide individualized support as directed by teachers and school staff

• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements

Qualifications and Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Completion of TB testing as per district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting duties as needed
• Must hold current clearances or be willing to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications considered a plus
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach
