Hospitality Coordinator

Job Summary
As the Hospitality Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for executive administrative teams, C-suite leadership, employees, guests, and service partners. This is a highly visible role in a professional, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive service mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage conference room setups, meeting space readiness, scheduling support, and daily walkthroughs of common areas and office spaces.
- Provide high-touch hospitality and guest services support for executive teams, employees, visitors, and special events.
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on service tickets while responding promptly to employee requests and facility-related needs.
- Support general site operations, including mail, print, copy, receiving, vendor interactions, and office services coordination.
- Assist with space planning, workplace organization, and issue resolution to help maintain a professional and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate support for Board of Directors meetings and other special events, including occasional overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime is required for board meetings and special events.
- Location: Atlanta, GA 30339.
