Order Entry & Typist Clerk
Reliable Security Staffing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry & Typist Clerk to join our team in Atlanta. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to build a career in administrative support and data processing.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems
- Perform high-volume typing and data entry tasks with speed and precision
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records of orders, documents, and transactions
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Update databases and ensure all information is current and properly documented
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Basic administrative or data entry experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
