Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Ace Handyman Services! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice answering customer inquiries and providing exceptional support. A typical day includes communicating with clients over the phone, assisting with scheduling service appointments, and utilizing digital platforms to ensure smooth operations. Your goal is to make every customer interaction positive and efficient, helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding service.
Requirements
Availability between 8 AM - 12 PM, Monday through Friday
Willingness to work in person at our office location
Strong communication skills, comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
Technologically proficient, comfortable using digital platforms to support daily work
Nice to Have
Previous customer service experience in construction or home services
Experience working in a call center environment

About Ace Handyman Services

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
