We are seeking a talented and organized Architectural Associate to join our Architecture this role you will collaborate closely with clients project managers and senior architects to coordinate and oversee all design-related aspects of assigned projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and passionate about design excellence and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned clients and projects maintaining direct communication and defining scope of work.
- Conduct visual surveys and field investigations including accurate measurements and sketching.
- Develop as-built drawings reports and recommendations using appropriate software tools.
- Produce and coordinate design drawings and technical specifications across disciplines.
- Lead or assist with bid documents contract generation and addendums.
- Conduct pre-bid and pre-construction meetings including documenting minutes and clarifications.
- Review submittals RFIs and pay requests and process close-out documentation.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets and support timely project invoicing.
- Stay current with design literature standards and architectural best practices.
- Work toward Registered Architect certification and maintain required professional training hours.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit etc.).
- Excellent communication coordination and time management skills.
- Strong technical and design aptitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to perform fieldwork and travel as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb ladders or scaffolding when required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pre-employment drug test background check and valid drivers license required.
