Marketing Coordinator III

: Our Infrastructure Marketing group is looking for an energetic and highly-motivated Marketing Coordinator III to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires an individual who is self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of an integrated marketing team. If you are a confident, observant, and detail-oriented high-performer ready to work with an award-winning team of strategic creatives in the fast-paced AEC industry, we need to hear from you. The position requires exceptional writing, organizational, digital, and people skills. Staying abreast of the latest trends and quickly learning new skills is essential. Because we work in a highly collaborative environment, being a good team player is a must. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing the production of professional level responses to RFPs, RFQs, presentations, and other marketing documents.
• Managing proposal process including working with technical staff to develop proposal milestones and maintain deadlines.
• Conducting presentation rehearsals for interview and capability presentations; developing and providing materials for the presentation meeting.
• Keeping marketing materials, resumes and project data up to date.
• Development of marketing collateral including project resumes, project profiles, and brochures.
• Providing graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and collateral materials.
• Monitoring and participating in lead tracking, pre-marketing activities, and client/competitor/industry research.
• Managing project photography.
• Mentoring junior-level staff.
• atabase administration and maintenance which will involve research, writing/editing, and data entry
• Supporting Pond's participation at key industry and client events. Collaborating with administrative staff and technical professionals, providing support for conferences and tradeshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 4-8 years of marketing experience, AEC industry preferred.
• Proficiency in latest versions of InDesign and other Adobe software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM programs preferred.
• Exceptional and demonstrated writing and editing skills a must.
• Ability to set and manage deadlines within a team; be a self-starter.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Additional Information Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Marketing Coordinator III with a salary range of $65,600.00 - $98,400.00 . Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
