Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Entry Level)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and eager Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the HVAC industry, with a focus on servicing and maintaining commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience and training while working alongside seasoned professionals in the field.
- Assist in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems including package units, split systems, and air handlers.
- Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including chillers and change outs.
- Support the team in adhering to safety standards and regulations during service calls.
- Document service work and report any issues to senior technicians for further analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HVAC principles and systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
