Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Keep dish station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards
- Support the culinary team with prep or deliveries as needed
