Make Precision Your Daily Craft in Lavonia, GA

At sunrise, you’ll step into our fast-paced steel shop in Lavonia, GA, ready to turn drawings into durable structures. From 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday–Friday (and 6:00am to 2:30pm on Saturdays), you’ll fabricate steel components that meet tight tolerances—earning $20–$25 per hour as you do your best work.

A Day in the Shop

You’ll kick off by reviewing blueprints and laying out materials. Through the day, you’ll fit, tack, and complete clean, strong welds—primarily using a MIG welder—then verify that each assembly meets specifications. You’ll keep your workstation orderly and safe while collaborating with teammates to hit production goals without compromising quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints and detailed drawings
• Fabricate and assemble structural steel and other metal components
• Perform accurate, clean welds for final assemblies
• Inspect completed work to confirm it matches specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized area

• Hands-on welding experience (MIG-focused)
• Physical strength and stamina suited for shop work

• Solid balance, steady hands, and strong coordination
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
