About the Role:

We're looking for a strong leader with moving industry experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations at a location with 2–5 trucks, a crew of 5–15 employees, and over 800 clients served annually.

This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to spend about 50% of your time in the field on moves and 50% supporting the team through training, truck maintenance, hiring, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and team performance across multiple crews
• Participate in moves to ensure service standards are met
• Train, onboard, and support new and existing movers
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness
• Communicate with customers on-site to resolve issues and exceed expectations
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment

What We’re Looking For:

✅ At least 3 years in the moving industry
✅ At least 2 years of in-the-field moving experience
✅ 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
✅ Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong understanding of customer service in a fast-paced environmen t

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• At least 23 years old

• Fewer than 3 infractions on driving record

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safely
