Our client, a premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Career Attorney to join their Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) Practice Group . This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex regulatory litigation and high-stakes enforcement matters in a practice known for its strategic, multidisciplinary approach and national impact.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction , in good standing
• 1–5 years of substantive experience in litigation , investigations , and/or compliance
• Significant trial experience required
• Experience with state and federal regulatory litigation , including spinoff consumer class actions and administrative litigation
• Exceptional research , writing , analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal regulatory litigation , including administrative proceedings and consumer class litigation
• Support internal and external investigations , including regulatory and enforcement matters
• Develop strategies for navigating complex compliance, regulatory, and enforcement issues
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and related litigation documents
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to provide practical, business-focused legal advice
• Manage trial preparation , hearings , and other courtroom engagements
• Coordinate with cross-office teams on multifaceted regulatory and enforcement matters

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
