Production Team Member, Final Assembly - Kia West Point

Your impact
- Drive throughput on the assembly line by installing, fastening, and verifying components with hand tools.
- Collaborate with teammates to identify trends, contain recurring defects, and implement effective repairs.
- Champion safe work practices while hitting quality, efficiency, and cost goals.
Compensation & Scheduling
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm — starting pay of $17.50/hr
- 3rd shift: 10:30pm–7:00am — starting pay of $17.00/hr
Pathway to advancement
Show up, perform, and grow. With strong attendance, performance reviews, and seniority, you may qualify for Kia’s direct hiring process. Once hired, earn a starting rate of $20.52 with a top-out of $30.40.
What you’ll need
- Ability to stand and work with basic hand tools for 8+ hours per day.
- Comfort working at pace while maintaining production and quality standards.
- Reliable daily transportation to West Point, GA.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required—training provided.
