$60,000 – $70,000 Salary with Bonuses
Our high-end, patient-focused dental practice has offices in Cummings, Lawranceville and Dawsonville, GA. We are expanding and now seeking 3 experienced Dental Office Managers to lead our teams in each office and oversee daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building efficient systems, supporting a team, and ensuring patients receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.
In this pivotal role, you will help maintain a productive, organized, and welcoming practice environment while supporting both staff and patients. We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership skills, dental office expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As the Dental Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the practice while supporting both team members and patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure efficient patient flow
- Supervising and mentoring front office staff, providing guidance and support
- Managing patient scheduling, inquiries, and insurance benefit verification
- Coordinating billing, collections, and insurance claims processing
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with the clinical team to maintain a positive and efficient patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or senior dental office administrator
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with dental practice management systems, billing, and insurance coordination
- Professional, patient-focused approach with the ability to support both staff and patients effectively
- Motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining a high-performing dental practice
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday
- When a Saturday is worked, one weekday off is provided
- 1-hour lunch break daily

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in dental management software and Microsoft Office tools. We use Dentrix Ascend.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, protocols, and insurance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
