A lovely family located in Monroe, GA near Bear Creek Golf Course is seeking a Nanny to provide childcare for a 2 and 3 year old. Care is needed from July 20th through August 25th, with the potential for an extended part-time position to extend beyond that date. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, nurturing, and enjoys creating a fun and safe environment for children.
Schedule:- Monday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: July 20th
End Date: August 25th (with potential for part-time hours after this date)
Children: 2 - Ages: 2 and 3 years old
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include providing attentive childcare and maintaining a safe, positive environment, including:
- Preparing meals and snacks for the children
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities and play
- Following routines established by the family
- Communicating effectively with parents regarding daily activities and any concerns
- Assisting with light household chores related to the children, including tidying play areas, children's dishes, and organizing toys
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a minimum of 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
- Be able to provide at least two childcare-related professional references
- Be CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully pass a background check and social media screening
This position pays $18 - 20 per hour, and the family is looking for 30 hours of care per week.
